We are here to inspire people to connect to their inner rhythm, to improve well-being and promote peace and happiness in local communities.
The Sedona Meditation Center, a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization opens its facility to all Sedona residents and visitors to Sedona. Offering free classes and seventeen weekly classes, the Center strives to become a place where everyone can come and enjoy.
At the Jordan Road facility there are free yoga/meditation classes every Saturday at 10 am and a free Collaborative Healing class Wednesdays at 6 pm. Seventeen other weekly classes are offered for an all-encompassing $45 monthly donation or a drop-in donation of $10 .
